Reviews and Ratings
The hotel was exactly what I needed – very functional and clean with a comfortable bed, a luggage rack, a desk and chair, large closet, nice bathroom, huge safe. The rooms were very clean, with fresh linen and towels. However, it was too cold one night until I got help turning off the air conditioning. The hotel was ready at 12:30 p.m., providing a welcoming touch.
The hotel is conveniently located near the train station and attractions, surrounded by restaurants. The rooms are spacious and clean, although showing signs of wear and tear. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful, providing excellent customer service. The dining options are decent but might not meet high expectations. Overall, a comfortable stay in a prime location for a reasonable price.
The hotel is conveniently located near the Termini Station, making it ideal for exploring the city. The rooms vary in size but are generally comfortable, with the caveat of potential noise issues on lower floors. The dining options were average, with room for improvement in variety and speed of replenishment. Overall, a reasonably priced hotel with some room for enhancement in certain areas.
The hotel was a mixed experience for me. The rooms were small but adequate for a solo traveler on a short visit, although it was a hassle having to use two elevators to reach mine. The service was a highlight with the front desk being very accommodating to our needs and quick to assist with providing a fan for a comfortable sleep. The location near Termini station was convenient for transportation but lacked diversity compared to other options in the area. Dining was reasonably priced and good, but the value in more modest accommodations suffered a bit due to an extra charge. Despite some downsides, the overall stay was satisfactory.
My stay at the hotel was exactly what I needed - functional and clean with a comfortable bed and a very cozy atmosphere. The staff was the best I've encountered in the last year, extremely helpful and professional. The hotel had a private balcony, which was a lovely surprise.
